I’m Jake, the founder of Hug Your Bros.

I started HYB because I believe men need spaces where we can show up real, be challenged, and grow together. For many of us, sports gave us that brotherhood, but once our athletic careers came to an end, a hole was left behind. I know what it feels like to be surrounded by people but still feel alone, stuck in old patterns with no clear way out. That’s why I’ve made it my mission to build a community where men sharpen each other, hold each other accountable, and rise into the kind of leaders, partners, and brothers the world needs.
